Add to cart is for the six listed services and their fixed packages. Start a project is for bespoke scope that doesn’t fit a listed package — we’ll quote it directly.

Yes, all prices are in EUR and shown exclusive of VAT. Portuguese VAT (23%) is added at checkout.

Not as a standard discount code. For a genuinely combined scope — say, a voice guide and a full site — start a project and we’ll price the combination directly.

It depends on the package — anywhere from 5 business days (Product Descriptions, Pack of 10) to 6 weeks (Website Copywriting, Signature). Exact turnaround is listed on every package.

A completed brief — what the piece needs to do, who it’s for, and any existing brand material. We ask for this after checkout, before drafting begins.

Sometimes — start a project and tell us your deadline; we’ll say plainly whether it’s possible before you commit to anything.

Yes — you review the edited draft and use your included revision rounds before we proofread and deliver the final.

Two rounds on most packages, three on the top tier of each service. The exact number is listed on every package before you buy.

Consolidated feedback on the current draft, addressed in one pass. It’s not unlimited back-and-forth — it’s a defined, focused round, which is what keeps turnaround and price fixed.

You do. Full usage rights transfer to you on final delivery and full payment, for the use case described in your brief.

Yes — once delivered, it’s yours to use and adapt as needed.

We may reference the type of project (e.g. “a SaaS homepage rewrite”) in general terms without naming you or your business, unless you agree otherwise. We never publish delivered copy verbatim without permission.
