How a project runs

Every service on this site — from a €290 pack of product descriptions to a €3,900 brand voice guide — moves through the same five stages.

A manuscript page marked up with proofreading marks — caret, strike-through and underline.
  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the scope, the audience and the goal — either by choosing a package and answering our intake questions, or by starting a project for bespoke work. We ask what’s needed to write accurately, not just enthusiastically.

  2. 02

    Draft

A first version, written against the brief — never a single AI pass dressed up as a finished draft.

  3. 03

    Edit

A second, structural pass: sharpening the argument, cutting what doesn’t earn its place, checking the piece does its one job.

  4. 04

    Proofread

A final line-level pass for accuracy, consistency and correctness before anything reaches you.

  5. 05

    Deliver

You receive the finished copy, in a format ready to use, plus your included revision rounds if anything needs adjusting.

Turnaround and revision counts vary by service and package — see exact numbers on /pricing before you buy.

e work this way because a single pass, however good the first draft, is not the same as an edited one. A draft written and shipped in one sitting reads like a draft — even a fluent one. The gap between competent and crafted almost always shows up in the edit: the sentence that gets cut because it was there for the writer's benefit, not the reader's; the structure that gets reordered because the strongest point was buried in paragraph four. That's not a slower way to write out of caution. It's the actual difference between writing and editing, and we don't skip it to hit a lower price.
