Remy Copywriting is a copywriting studio based at R. do Rio Távora 17, 1600-746 Lisboa, Portugal (NIF PT 512 345 678). This policy explains what personal data we collect through remycopywriting.com, why, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

We collect: your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you submit the contact form, start a project, or complete a checkout; payment-related details entered at checkout are processed within the checkout flow and are not stored on our servers (see Cookies & analytics and the Checkout notice for the current demo-payment status); technical data such as browser type and pages visited, only if you've consented to analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to project enquiries, to process and fulfil orders, to send order and delivery-related communication, to issue invoices, and — only with your consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and the shopping cart. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Analytics cookies are not set until you actively opt in through the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time via 'Manage cookie preferences' in the footer. How we store and protect data

Data submitted through our forms is handled using reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order.

Who we share data with

We share data only where necessary to operate the site and deliver services: with analytics providers (Google Analytics 4, only after consent) and, where applicable, payment processing providers. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@remycopywriting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's data protection authority.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and order data for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfil an order, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
