Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version
Cancel before we start drafting and you get a full refund. Cancel after drafting has started and a non-refundable deposit is retained to cover the work already completed; any remaining balance for undelivered work is refunded. Two revision rounds are included on most packages (see each package for the exact number) — these are not refundable separately once used.
Before drafting begins
If you cancel an order before we have started drafting — that is, before you've returned your completed project brief and we've confirmed the start of work — you receive a full refund, no questions asked.
After drafting begins
Once drafting has started, a deposit equal to 50% of the package price is non-refundable, reflecting the work already completed. If you cancel at this stage, the remaining 50% is refunded. If the project is already past the drafting stage (in editing or proofreading), the package is considered substantially delivered and is non-refundable, though outstanding revision rounds already included remain available to you.
Revision rounds
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (2 or 3, shown per package). These are included in the price and are not separately refundable once the project has been delivered, whether or not you use them.
Digital deliverables
Because delivered copy is a digital product provided to your specification, it is non-returnable once accepted and downloaded/received in final form. This does not affect your right to a refund under the cancellation terms above for work not yet delivered.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@remycopywriting.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
