Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who purchases a service package or submits a project enquiry through remycopywriting.com, operated by Remy Copywriting, R. do Rio Távora 17, 1600-746 Lisboa, Portugal (NIF PT 512 345 678).
The services we sell
We sell fixed-scope copywriting packages across six services: Website Copywriting, SEO Blog & Content Writing, Brand Messaging & Voice, Email & Sales Sequences, Landing & Sales Pages, and Product Descriptions. Each package's price, turnaround and included deliverables are shown on its service page and on /pricing before purchase.
Ordering & payment
Packages are purchased through our online checkout and paid in full at the time of order. Checkout currently runs against a sandboxed, demo payment step — this is clearly labelled on the checkout page, and no live card data is transmitted or stored. Once a real payment provider is connected, this section will be updated accordingly. An order reference and confirmation are provided once an order is placed.
Delivery & revisions
Turnaround begins once we have received your completed project brief, not from the moment of purchase. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, shown on the package before you buy. A revision round means consolidated feedback addressed in one pass; it is not unlimited open-ended editing. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included can be purchased separately at a per-round rate, quoted on request.
Usage rights
Full usage rights to the delivered copy transfer to you on final delivery and receipt of full payment, for the use described in your project brief. We may reference the general nature of a project (e.g. 'a SaaS homepage rewrite') without naming you or your business in our own portfolio, unless you agree to a named case study.
Cancellations & refunds
See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail — in summary, work cancelled before drafting begins is refunded in full; work cancelled after drafting has started is subject to the partial-refund structure set out there.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or submitting a brief, and not to use the site to submit fraudulent orders or unlawful content for us to write about.
Liability
We deliver copy to the standard and scope described in each package. We are not liable for how delivered copy is subsequently used, edited, or deployed by you or a third party, nor for outcomes (such as sales or conversion performance) that depend on factors outside the writing itself, including design, technical implementation, and market conditions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your own country of residence as an EU consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
